The Garden Room is on the 1st floor and has a low window in the bedroom which overlooks the formal gardens, River Torridge and also enjoys distant country views.  There is a small high window in the ensuite overlooking the courtyard and river.

The Garden Room benefits from a large en-suite bathroom with a power shower over bath, vanity mirror with additional lighting and a shaver socket with dual voltage, handy for charging your electric toothbrush.
